Beck Stone

Beck is an experienced coach and consultant with a background in Learning & Development and people leadership. ILM and CIPD qualified, she has spent over 15 years coaching in corporate environments, supporting individuals and teams to grow, develop, and perform at their best. 

An accredited Neurodivergent Coach, Beck specialises in working with neurodivergent individuals who are facing challenges in the workplace or experiencing Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) that is holding them back. Drawing from her own lived experience as a proudly ‘neuro-quirky’ individual, she is passionate about helping others not just survive, but truly thrive. 

Beck is also a highly skilled facilitator, known for creating safe, engaging spaces for meaningful dialogue and learning. She works closely with businesses to assess how neuro-inclusive and affirmative their practices are, and provides tailored support, training, and guidance to help organisations become more inclusive, psychologically safe, and supportive. 

A qualified Lumina Spark Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider, Beck brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to everything she does, driven by a deep commitment to mental health, inclusion, and enabling others to succeed. 

Anne Marie Dancy

Anne Marie Dancy

As an experienced business psychologist and EMCC Coach Senior Practitioner, Anne Marie is highly skilled at facilitating and coaching individuals and groups at all levels within organisations across the private and public sectors in the UK and has worked extensively in the NHS.  

She has a natural strength for connecting with senior leaders and inspiring real change. Her warm and inclusive style helps people feel valued and confident – and that’s when the best results happen. She helps leaders build stronger relationships that lead to better outcomes for everyone. 

Committed to Leadership and collaborative Team Development, Anne Marie has designed and delivered countless innovative leadership and team interventions using Lumina Spark and other specialist tools and techniques.  

With a background in organisational change, Anne Marie started her consulting career in BT Syntegra where she spent 12 years as part of the People and Change team, supporting IT-led change initiatives across the Local Government, Health, Finance and Telecommunications sectors. Here she supported Programme Managers to get the best from their teams and helped them to implement successful change from a people focused perspective. She then joined Lumina Learning and became a partner.

  • Workshop design and delivery: Handling Conflict, Giving Feedback, Building Resilience, Working with Others, Psychological Safety, Valuing Diversity and more
  • Design and delivery of Leadership and Management programmes across NHS, engineering and construction sector using the Lumina Spark tool and other frameworks

  • Executive coaching for executive leaders in the NHS, Legal, Local Government and private sector 
  • Consultancy advice and training in use of psychometrics and interview techniques for requitement for organisations across the NHS and government

  • BA (Hons) in Public Administration from Manchester Metropolitan University 
  • M.Sc. in Information Management from Sheffield University 
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School  
  • EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level 
  • Certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology.

Sam Eddleston

Sam Eddleston

Sam is a Business Psychologist and an ICF, post-graduate accredited coach. With a background in psychometrics, she has over 25 years’ experience in people development.

Starting her consulting career with SHL, Sam worked in the UK and Asia Pacific, supporting organisations in the implementation of fair and effective recruitment processes. Through these projects she discovered her passion for learning and development and spent the next 15 years working as an L&D specialist within HR teams.

In 2012, Sam returned to consultancy, specialising in the development of leaders and teams. As a Coach, she works with leaders to help them find certainty within themselves about what they want and what they believe, to enable them to navigate today’s fast-paced, complex environment of competing demands. As a Facilitator, she’s passionate about the power of connection and supports teams in building the skills needed to collaborate effectively and drive high performance.

Sam’s solutions are practical and client-centered, whilst grounded in theory. Where appropriate, she loves to harness the benefits of working outdoors. Her style has been described as warm, calm and trustworthy.
